Today’s 30 minute yin yoga sequence is about connection and slowing down. After a full week of a 24-hour news cycle, PLUS my own realization that my brain has been moving just a *bit* too fast, I created this sequence to help us all reconnect to ourselves, our breath and each other. We move slowly in this practice, and it sure feels good. Enjoy!
