Calming Ovulation Energy Balls

This recipe is specially designed to help you cool your energy and fire during ovulation. Ovulation is a time of pitta, and for some can cause bloating, headaches, or breast tenderness.

Let’s cool and calm your body with these vegan, gluten-free energy balls!

Serves: 20 balls
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • ½ cup ground coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp ground hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp reishi mushroom
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. If the dough is too sticky, add more almond/hemp.
  2. Separate the dough into 1 tbsp-size balls, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
