This recipe is specially designed to help you cool your energy and fire during ovulation. Ovulation is a time of pitta, and for some can cause bloating, headaches, or breast tenderness.
Let’s cool and calm your body with these vegan, gluten-free energy balls!
Calming Ovulation Energy Balls
- 1 cup ground almonds
- ½ cup ground coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp ground hemp seeds
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp reishi mushroom
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. If the dough is too sticky, add more almond/hemp.
- Separate the dough into 1 tbsp-size balls, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
