It’s amazing how much of our sadness or anger is due to a desire to stop this change – we either want to hold on to what is here or to push away what we don’t want anymore. Let’s talk about how to view the circles and seasons PLUS why Ayurveda says we need to adjust our routines based on these external seasons.
