Hello friends! I’m back from a wonderful weekend hosting an Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat at Lake Anna. WOW did it feel good.
I was actually surprised at HOW good I felt upon my return to Arlington, so I wanted to share some thoughts on why that was, plus how we can all find opportunities to reset and renew in our days.
