Hit the Energy Reset Button

Hello friends! I’m back from a wonderful weekend hosting an Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat at Lake Anna. WOW did it feel good.

I was actually surprised at HOW good I felt upon my return to Arlington, so I wanted to share some thoughts on why that was, plus how we can all find opportunities to reset and renew in our days.

This is a great podcast to listen to if you’ve been feeling stale in your habits or like your days feel full, but not always meaningful.
