On a fundamental level, we’re always experiencing change. Our cells are constantly in motion, and our energy is as well. We as humans are constantly evolving. But sometimes….this evolution doesn’t feel that good. We gain new insights and views into the world that aren’t pretty – we see war, sadness, poverty, despair… what do we do when we experience change and can’t help but miss that innocence we used to enjoy? How do we deal with our new reality?
In Today’s Episode:
-What happens when we experience change as a negative event.
-Why old traumas come up again and again.
-How to grieve change.
-My secret to moving through tough times: remembering what is constant beneath the change.
