You might have heard when I announced it last week – I’m pregnant! It’s a very exciting time, and I wanted to share some of the things I’ve been learning and thinking about in the period between my miscarriage last November, attempting to get pregnant again, and these first 13 weeks of pregnancy.
As always – everyone’s experience is incredibly different! I had some difficult times mentally and emotionally in between my two pregnancies, and it’s felt like my pregnancy has been one lesson after another every day. If you’re thinking about getting pregnant, already are pregnant, or know someone that’s pregnant, this is a great episode to listen to to understand what might be happening mentally and physically.
