Even though we all brush our teeth and floss, tongue scraping is a *quick* important addition to our oral hygiene routines. Ayurveda recommends scraping our tongues every morning to remove bacteria built up over the night. It’s also a useful way for us to tell if our doshas (mind/body types) are in balance.
