30 minute yin yoga sequence for connection

Today’s 30 minute yin yoga sequence is about connection and slowing down. After a full week of a 24-hour news cycle, PLUS my own realization that my brain has been moving just a *bit* too fast, I created this sequence to help us all reconnect to ourselves, our breath and each other. I just finished up my training in yin yoga with Gretchen Shutte at Inner Power Yoga. It was an amazing experience – I learned so much not only about yin but about yoga and teaching in general, and I’d highly recommend the training.
